We've worked for many years to gain our extensive experience in managing complicated and technically challenging projects. We've delivered large business-critical solutions to high profile clients in both the public and private sector.

In-depth understanding

While it's important that you have your dedicated project manager and project team, the risk can be that all you get is process management and another layer of bureaucracy. Our project staff work closely with our technical staff (in fact, some of them once were technical staff) and their understanding is second-to-none. Key members of our project teams are dedicated Solutions Architects who apply their technical design, process analysis and ITSO expertise to turn your aspiration into an effective, achievable solution.

In the real world

Our dedicated project and programme management teams have successfully delivered a range of complex projects including national smart card schemes such as:

  • TfGM (Transport for Greater Manchester). HOPS and CMS project delivery. The initial project was to provide a concessionary travel solution including automated application process. The project also had an eye to the future with plans for commercial ITSO ticketing.
  • Oxford Bus. We used HOPS, CMS and Retail POST to deliver a joined up commercial ITSO ticketing programme. This included integration with an online customer ticketing portal.
  • Merseytravel. HOPS and CMS project delivery. The first phase of the project was to implement a concessionary travel programme and the second phase is for commercial ITSO ticketing. Merseytravel is a true multi-modal transport network with bus, rail, ferry and road tunnel tolling.
