New smart ticketing courses for ACT clients

ACT has launched a programme of training courses to provide an overview of ITSO and smart ticketing, and give clients the skills and knowledge to make the most of ACT systems.

 

Training can be delivered either at ACT’s Chippenham or Manchester offices or at a location convenient to its clients.  For remote workers, or when just a quick refresher is needed, training can be delivered via web conferencing, making it convenient and accessible for all clients.

 

ACT’s high-quality training is delivered by an experienced in-house Learning and Development team.  A choice of half and full day courses are available on the HOPS, CMS, Retail POST, and the essentials of ITSO and smart ticketing. 

 

For maximum flexibility and affordability, training can be delivered either using a standard training environment or tailored to a client’s own scheme and setup.

 

For clients who are new to ACT systems or have a number of new staff that need training, ACT’s Education Programmes are a way to buy the full tailored range of training for a single fixed amount. With the ability to schedule the training at a suitable time, this is a convenient and affordable option to plan ahead for a full programme of training.
