Leicester selects ACT for its customer ticketing and CRM delivery project

As part of the "One Leicester" project, Leicester County Council contracted ACT to integrate their Customer Management System and managed services to the Council's Oracle CRM system.This has enabled the council residents in Leicester maintain a single point of contact to the council, services, specifically with regards to the on-going application and supply of their smart concessionary travel passes.
