ACT achieves ITSO certification for Perso POST

ACT has extended its ITSO capability to provide a complete end to end ticketing solution following ITSO certification of its Personalisation POST (Perso POST).
 

Along with the HOPS ticketing transaction engine, CMS (Customer Management System), Retail POST® EPOS and online customer ticketing portal, ACT’s ITSO certified Perso POST delivers another key component in its integrated ITSO smart ticketing lifecycle solutions and services.

 

The Perso POST software and ITSO library component can be used to produce and encode new ITSO compliant smart cards on demand.  It can also be embedded within third party devices, such as Ticket Vending Machines and Retail Point of Sale Terminals for self service and front of house card issuance solutions.

 

The complete ticketing lifecycle from journey and fare planning, ticket selection and purchase through ACT’s online customer portal or Retail POST®, to creating and managing the customer account in the CMS and card fulfilment on the Perso POST, can now be achieved through ACT’s suite of ITSO certified products. All smart journey transactions continue to be processed through ACT’s managed HOPS service.
