Account Based Ticketing, AI and Blockchain on show at Fujitsu World Tour

ACT, a Fujitsu company, will be offering live demonstrations of its Account Based Ticketing solution at Fujitsu World Tour, Novotel London West, 4 July.

Account Based Ticketing is the next step on the MaaS (Mobility as a Service) road map for ticketing evolution.  It puts an end to the frustrating process passengers face when calculating the most cost-effective ticket for their planned journeys, over the day or week.  With ABT, passengers just need to ‘tap on’ and ‘tap off’ using their secure token such as a mobile phone or contactless bank card, safe in the knowledge they will be charged the best value fare for their travel.

Sustainable mobility is a global challenge that requires transport stakeholders to collaborate to create fundamental changes to mobility. Key priorities include MaaS, transport on demand, micro mobility, cleaner and greener modal choice, and leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) and big data to create a sustainable transport ecosystem.

This year, the transport zone will be highlighting how digital technology can improve the passenger journey. A mix of keynote presentations, break-out sessions, live demonstrations and workshops will provide a stimulating, lively and thought-provoking day.
